Terms
These cover the website. The product has its own agreement.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a warranty, or advice. If you deploy RotaGrant, what governs that is the agreement we sign — not this page, and not anything written in a marketing sentence.

This website
- Use it freely
- Read it, quote it with attribution, link to it, and argue with it. The writing is here to be disagreed with.
- The content is provided as is
- We try to keep it accurate and we correct it when it is not — see the healthcare page for a correction we made in public. But it is a website, and you should not make a decision that matters on the strength of a page alone.
- The verifier is a convenience
- It runs in your browser and we can see neither what you paste nor what it concludes. The verification contract is published inside every artefact so anybody can implement it — this page is not an authority on whether a document is genuine, and does not hold itself out as one.
- Names
- Rotascale and RotaGrant are trademarks of Rota, Inc. Use them to refer to us; do not use them to imply we endorse or supply something we do not. See copyright.
What this site is not
Not legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Pages here describe what RotaGrant can evidence against particular instruments. Whether that evidence satisfies your obligations is a question of regulatory interpretation and it rests with you and your counsel — a limit that also sits inside the signed payload of every artefact the platform produces, so it cannot be removed from a document that still verifies.
Questions about any of this: dev@rotascale.com. Written to be accurate rather than exhaustive, and not yet reviewed by outside counsel — if you need a formal set for a procurement file, ask.
