Frameworks
Two ideas that became a product.
Rotascale's advisory practice produced five frameworks. Two were about how autonomous systems should be governed, and they are the argument RotaGrant implements. Three were about data platforms, and they belonged to a different business.
Bounded autonomy
Full automation is not the goal. Autonomy should expand and contract with demonstrated trust — which is a nice sentence until somebody asks what enforces the boundary. This is the framework RotaGrant is the answer to.

Five levels, from "we have agents and no idea what they did" to "a third party can check our record without trusting us". Most organisations are at level one and believe they are at level three.
read →ETL-C, SARP and AgentOps have been retired. The first two are data-platform frameworks and the third shared a name with a product that no longer exists. They were good work for the business Rotascale was, and keeping them here would say something untrue about the business it is.
