Regions

Four profiles, and two of them select nothing.

A market profile decides which instruments are scored, which identifiers are looked for, which incident clocks run and how long a record is kept. Two of these select clause maps and two deliberately do not — and that difference is the product working, not a gap in coverage.

ProfileInstruments scoredIdentifiers looked for
Australia AUnone — by the regime's design au-tfn, au-abn, au-medicare
European Union EUeu-ai-act, gdpr eu-national-id, iban, eu-vat
India Served by Rotavision, not by RotaGrant
Singapore SGnone — by the regime's design sg-nric, sg-uen
United States USsr-11-7, nist-ai-rmf us-ssn, us-aba-routing, us-ein

A workload is often under several of these at once. A Singapore bank with European customers is under PDPA and GDPR and the AI Act simultaneously, possibly on a Canadian host. The profile resolves per decision — narrowest wins — and is sealed with the record, which is what makes "global" a mechanism rather than a claim. How that works →
